CIVIL RICO LITIGATION

We prepared this expert opinion for the Plaintiff in a civil RICO trial. It is an analysis of activities performed by the closing agent (a major title company) in closing dozens of fraudulent sales. The plaintiff, a bank, was the victim in a scam perpetrated by the seller, with the aid of a third-party mortgage broker, and which benefitted by lax oversight by the title company. All names have been changed.

The victim of identity theft sued the issuers of all of his credit cards. This report was prepared for one of them. All names have been changed.
